Welcome, dear meditators!

Let’s begin the practice by sitting comfortably. Maybe cozy up on your favorite chair or find a quiet corner.

– Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let it out slowly. Notice how you feel. Tense, anxious, or stressed. It’s alright. Meet them with compassion.
You can meet those emotions you’ve been pushing down deep inside with compassion and equanimity. The

ones that you don’t really want to deal with?
Well, it’s time to let them out to dissolve.
– Picture those emotions like little balloons trapped in a room. You’ve been keeping the door shut tight, but now it’s time to crack it open and let those balloons fly. There isn’t a need to feel any guilt around it. We all have them.
– Take a deep breath and imagine yourself opening that door wide. Let those emotions float out into the room.
– You might initially feel a bit uncomfortable, and that’s normal. Just breathe through it and let whatever comes up come up.
– Maybe you’ll feel some sadness or anger bubbling to the surface. That’s okay. Just let it flow. Just remember to keep yourself centered at all times.
– Keep breathing deeply and imagine those emotions leaving your body with each exhale, like you’re sending them off on a little journey.
– Remember, it’s all about releasing, not holding on. So, try to avoid analyzing or judging what’s coming up. Just let it happen.
– Keep breathing and releasing until you feel lighter, like a monkey off your back.
– When ready, slowly open your eyes and take in your surroundings. Notice how much more spacious and free you feel without your repressed emotions weighing you down.
Congrats, you just made some room for more good vibes in your life!

Remember, emotions that are not expressed pile up and find a space in the body somewhere. That’s weighs us down, one after another.
You deserve to be heard, and you deserve to be seen, dear soul.

May you always be joyful.

With love and gratitude!
