Welcome, Dear Meditator!

Let’s begin this profound practice by making yourself comfortable in a lotus position. Gently close your eyes and inhale.

Loosen up your shoulders and Let go of the stiffness with a gentle exhale.

Choose a quiet space to practice for the next few minutes.
Now, turn your attention inward, focusing on your mind itself. Notice the reason is the object here, and your individual Consciousness is the witness. If the mind wanders, let your Consciousness observe that.
Know that the mind is wandering and the mind is aware of itself.
– Notice the stream of thoughts flowing through your mind, like clouds drifting across the sky.
– As you observe these thoughts, try to adopt a sense of detachment, as if you are watching them from a distance.
– Recognize that you are not your thoughts; you are the observer of your thoughts.
– Allow yourself to witness the activity of your mind without judgment or attachment.
– Notice how some thoughts arise and fade away quickly while others stay on for longer periods.
– Take this time to contemplate the nature of your mind and the role it plays in shaping your perception of reality.
Remember, you are not trying to control or change your thoughts; you are simply observing them with curiosity and awareness.
Your Consciousness is making everything lit up.
– Take a few more moments to explore this state of mindful contemplation before gently bringing your attention back to the present moment.
– When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and take a moment to reflect on your experience.
Carry this sense of inner awareness with you as you continue your day, knowing you can observe your mind

with clarity and compassion.

With love and gratitude!
