Welcome, Dear Seekers!

Let’s begin by sitting in a lotus position on the floor. Keep your hands on your lap and gently close your eyes. Start with a deep inhale and an exhale. Try exhaling through the mouth for a few cycles.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath. Take a deep inhale, feeling your belly expand, and then exhale fully, releasing any tension with your breath. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly throughout the practice.

Remember that stress in the body can easily manifest itself in the mind.

With the next inhale, let the air travel to your brain. Scan the mind for any impure, worrying thoughts. Meet those thoughts with kindness and let them dissolve into the universe with a deep exhale.

As you breathe, visualize any stress or tension in your mind melting away, like ice melting in the sun’s warmth.

Notice any new sensations arising in your mind, perhaps the anxiety of being anxious or the stress of the past.

Remember, you have the power not to let these worries trouble you. Without your Consciousness, they will not be alive.

With each breath, let all of them out like a balloon deflates when pierced with a sharp object.

Continue this practice until you feel light in the mind and the body.

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel. Notice any shifts or changes in your body and mind, and carry this sense of relaxation with you as you go about your day.

May you find peace and ease in the present moment, and may this practice help you release stress and tension from your body and mind.

With love and gratitude!
