Welcome, seekers!

To begin with, find a comfortable seated position and gently close your eyes. Sit like you’re observing the creation of the world, the mountains, rivers, the ocean, and the wild.

Notice the rhythm of your breath as it flows in and out of your body. Feel your chest’s gentle rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.

As you observe your breath, let it travel to your body as if you’re seeking something hidden. Remember, all the emotions find a space in your body if not expressed.

Now, bring your attention to the sensations in your body. Notice any areas where you may be holding onto tension or discomfort. With each exhale, imagine sending the healing from the Universe.

As you continue to observe your breath traveling through your body, notice the fear in the brain or the belly.

Meet the fear with love and non-judgment. Let it travel out with each breath. This may be a fear of insecurities, a trauma, an experience of the past, or perhaps a little anxiety about tomorrow.

Let the breathing be deep and conscious.

Remember that fear does not belong in the body, nor does it define you. You’re one with the Universe, and it gives you immense courage to face the fear as it is.

Know that you have the power to release fear and step into a place of courage and strength. Believe in the power of the Universe to bring you the courage to meet any fear there is known to man.

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel.

Notice any shifts or changes in your body and mind, and carry this sense of calm and confidence with you as you move through your day.

May courage be your best companion.

With love and gratitude!
