Hello, beautiful souls!

Let’s begin this practice by finding a cool, cozy spot and settling in. With a few deep breaths, let your body release all the stiffness and tension and be as light as a bubble.

Now, gently close your eyes and let your awareness flow in words, disconnecting from the world completely. If you feel distractions from the nearby sounds, try to detach your Consciousness from the sensory information in your ears.

Now imagine each breath as the gentle rhythm of ocean waves, rolling in and out with serene consistency. Inhale deeply, feeling the air fill your lungs with rejuvenating energy. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or stress with each breath.

Now, with your eyes closed, imagine the Vastness of the ocean, reflecting your own ocean of peace and Joy that you can tap into at any time by meditating.

Remember that nature gives you the power to heal yourself and be one with the universe by diving deep into your own individual Consciousness, just like the air is always around you, and you can breathe as much as you want.

With that note, let all the worries, anxiety, insecurities, and vulnerabilities turn into the power that nature gives you. The power of compassion, love, strength, Joy, and oneness.

Remember, this is just a reminder to dive deeper instead of seeking Joy and pleasure in the outside world. The more we try to seek happiness outside, the further we are away from the true Joy and calmness that resigns within.

A few more conscious inhales and exiles express gratitude and love to nature for blessing us with all the strength, love, compassion, and nurture.
