Welcome, Dear Seekers!

Let’s begin by sitting in a lotus position on the floor. Keep your hands on your lap and gently close your eyes. Start with a deep inhale and an exhale. Try exhaling through your mouth for a few cycles.

Notice how exhaling through your mouth lets all the tension from the belly and lower back be released. With the next inhale, let your awareness be in contact with the breath.

Centre your awareness of your body. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort, and gently scan your body from head to toe.

As you do this, see if you can locate any areas where stress is manifesting physically.

Once you’ve identified any such areas, take a moment to focus on each one of them one after the other.

With each inhale, imagine breathing in a sense of calm and relaxation, and with each exhale, visualize releasing any stress or tension dissolved through the exhale.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, imagine your body becoming lighter and more relaxed with each breath.

Remember that stress in the mind can easily manifest in the body, more in the chest and belly area.

With the next inhale, let the air travel to your mind. Scan the mind for any impure, worrying thoughts. Meet those thoughts with kindness and let them dissolve into the Universe with a deep exhale.

Continue this practice until you feel light in the mind and the body.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment, free from the burdens of stress and anxiety of the past and future.

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel.

Notice any shifts or changes in your body and mind, and carry this sense of peace with you.

May you feel light as air.

With love and gratitude!
