What is Seeding Calm?
Seeding Calm is the practice of training your awareness—teaching your mind to stay with you instead of scattering in a hundred directions.
Most stress doesn’t come from the work itself—it comes from the stories we build around it.
The fear of making a mistake.
The weight of old feedback that still stings.
The craving for recognition.
The fear of being left behind.
When you learn to see those stories as they arise, you stop reacting to them—and you take back control.
