Seeding Calm

A 3-Day Mindfulness Retreat for Students, Faculty & Campus Communities

For students, faculty, and staff navigating academic pressure, life transitions, and the search for balance and clarity.

Retreat Insights

Being a student today is more than just managing classes and exams—it’s balancing your future, your relationships, your self-doubt, and everything in between.

From academic deadlines to family expectations, from social pressure to personal struggles—it’s easy to lose yourself in the noise.

If you’ve ever felt like your mind is constantly racing, your emotions feel out of control, or the future feels overwhelming—this retreat is for you.

What is Seeding Calm?

Seeding Calm isn’t about learning to relax for a few minutes—it’s about training your awareness so you can guide your mind, instead of being pulled in every direction.
When your awareness is untrained, it constantly drags in worries about the future, regrets from the past, and the pressure to live up to expectations.
This retreat teaches you how to take back control—not by avoiding stress, but by learning to meet it calmly, with clarity and strength.

Because calm isn’t something you chase—it’s what naturally rises when you stop disturbing yourself.
