Welcome Seekers!

Welcome to this practice of discovering the joy within you. 

Find a comfortable position, preferably in nature. Now, gently close your eyes. 

Now, with each breath, visualize yourself as the dear of the Universe. Know that there is nature to give you the joy of beauty in it—the beauty of flowers, mountains, sky, ocean, and its’ creatures. 

Now, gently gaze at birds, trees, the sky, and the rainbow. In every corner you see, there’s beauty. Remember, nature doesn’t need your efforts; you don’t need to possess anything, yet it chooses to give you joy in every moment.

As you bask in the warmth of this joyful memory, notice how your body responds. Feel a sense of lightness and ease washing over you as your heart fills with the intrinsic eruption of joy.

Note that with the flow of joy in the body, your perception also changes to the same sensory inputs that didn’t seem positive earlier.

This joy isn’t limited to the body; anything we experience in the mind, the body feels it, and anything happening in the body is felt in the mind, too.

Remember, The greatest joys in life don’t come from possession of materials but the simplest things like a healthy body and a calm mind.

To continue to float in the valleys of joy effortlessly, focus on the inward activities of the mind, diving deeper into the Consciousness of self and merging into the universal Consciousness.

Let this moment last as long as it does.

Remember that the joy you seek is not external or fleeting but an intrinsic part of who you are. It resides within you, waiting to be discovered and nurtured. 

May this practice help you connect with the boundless joy that resides within you, and may it illuminate your path with love, laughter, and happiness?
