“Begin by settling in a comfortable seated position.

Allow your body to relax.

Now, gently Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Let each inhale fill you with a sense of calm, and each exhale release any tension or stress you may be holding.

As you settle, focus on your breath.

This state of relaxation brings your awareness to the present moment, allowing you to become fully present in your body and mind.

Notice the sensations in your body, the rhythm of your breath, and the thoughts and emotions.

Now, turn your attention inward and begin to reflect on the question, ‘Where do you belong?’

Consider what your heart and spirit long for.

What brings you a sense of purpose and fulfillment in life?

Explore the depths of your Consciousness. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.

As you contemplate this question, think about your values and your priorities.

Note that the collective Consciousness of people around you impacts Your inner Consciousness.

We’re all one.

Pause

Now, take a moment to contemplate if your values & priorities complement the people you have in your life.

Search inside your mind, and pay attention to what your heart wants.

Can you imagine yourself in a place that aligns with your values and emotions?

That’s the place you belong to.

Now, take a moment to draw yourself back to where you are.

Follow the breath to come back to the present moment.

Try to imagine the distance between your pictured imagination and where you are.

That’s your goal.

Now, gently allow yourself to come back to your breath.

Feel the excitement in your palms, your chest.

Open your eyes as you gently exhale.
Begin to plan for this goal if you are convinced.

If you have questions, speak to your teacher.

I hope you find your space.

Much love and gratitude.
