“Imagine yourself in a serene garden, surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush greenery. As you sit quietly, a delicate butterfly flutters into view, its wings shimmering in the sunlight. 

With gentle curiosity, let your awareness follow the butterfly’s graceful movements. Observe how it flits from flower to flower, pausing briefly before continuing its enchanting dance. Notice the gentle landing on flowers and mesmerizing patterns on its wings, each a masterpiece of nature’s creativity. A true reflection of nature.

With each flutter of the butterfly’s wings, feel a sense of joy and wonder welling up inside you. Let this joy embrace your entire being, filling you with lightness and happiness. 

Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the beauty of this moment, surrendering to the simplest pleasure of nature’s delicate dance.

As you watch the butterfly, allow yourself to sink into a state of deep presence. Let go of any thoughts or worries and be with this moment. 

Now, take a moment to drive your awareness to self. Look at yourself with a compassionate gaze. Look at your hands, your body—another beautiful creation of nature.
